We want all our players have a pleasant and safe experience in Pora Ora. Please ensure you and your children are familiar with the following general rules.
If you want to play Pora Ora you have to make sure that you get permission from your parents, and your parents will have to create an account here too. Remember, you won't be able to play the game fully until your parents have told us that it's OK for you to play.
Please play by the rules of the game. This doesn't just mean follow the rules and the Terms, but also to be honest and truthful. If we ask you your age, you have to tell us your real age. If we say don't do something, that means, don't! If we think you have broken the rules, the Terms & Conditions (which you and your parents can look at here), or have otherwise broken the law or behaved inappropriately, we can terminate your account.
We reserve the right to monitor any and all User Contributions, and reserve the right to remove or to refuse to post any User Contribution. However, Caped Koala Studios does not necessarily monitor any materials posted, transmitted, or communicated to or within the Site.
Never share your real name inside the game, or anyone else's for that matter. When you're picking a username, pick a made up name, but don't use a bad word or someone else's name. Remember, when you post messages on the message boards within the game, you can't include anything that contains any personal information about yourself or another person (so you can't put down your name, your age, your school, your phone number or where you live). However, when you're giving information to us about who you are (like when you're registering your account), you also can't make up stuff about yourself. Only give us your real information and don't pretend to be someone else, whether it's a real person, or a person you made up.
Don't try to get around the security measures in the game, and don't try to interfere with someone else's use of the game or try to get or use their username or passwords.
Don't bully people, swear, or do anything to make people feel uncomfortable. Even if you are only joking, people can misunderstand you and get upset. This means that you can't put anything on a message board or anywhere in the game that is mean, illegal, or might hurt or upset someone. If you do, we can remove your messages and, if necessary stop you from playing by deleting your account. So, please don't give us any reason to do that, it would be a big shame! If we want to we can monitor any messages or other things that you send or leave in the game, and can remove or refuse to post any messages that you leave.
