Why I Love Pora Ora by josh7855
There are hundreds of reasons why I love Pora Ora, no! There are thousands of reasons why Pora Ora is the BEST game that has ever been made on computers! I adore Pora Ora because I have lots of great friends which all ways be kind to people including me. I also LOVE Pora Ora because I have to keep up my designs for Pora Ora and the Pora Ora staff go on sometimes so I like chatting with them! In the next paragraph it will tell you all the things I like about Pora Ora, so read on to find out more!…
I love meeting new people on Pora Ora and knowing their interests and making a good friendship with them like my best friend Tepig123! My favourite world so far is Samura Valley because it’s the starter world and most of the users hang out in it. My absolutely favourite game is Chariot Racer because you can get power ups and use them against your opponents, also there are many tracks to race on! The clothes are very nice and fashionable in Pora Ora; I am making new clothes designs so all of us can have better clothes! This is nearly the end but keep on reading readers!!!
Pora Ora is the best game that has been made in computer gaming history and I bet all of you Pora Ora fans agree with me!

Gaelic Pora Ora

When Google announced plans to save endangered languages (all 3000 of them) we saw this as a positive step in the right direction. Languages can help keep heritage, history and different diasporas alive.
When we announced last summer that we were going to be launching Pora Ora in Gaelic, we were overwhelmed with all the positive feedback. With a few of the team brushing up on their self confessed rusty Gaelic skills (and some help from Foras na Gaeilge) we are delighted to announce that Pora Ora is now available in Gaelic. Now the Old Guard, Leon and Fumiko will be interacting with the children in Gaelic!
Neil Gallagher, creator of Pora Ora, believes that that site has the potential to revolutionize education. Coming from Arranmore Island, Ireland, Neil grew up in a Gaeltacht. Aside from making sure he returns to Arranmore as much as he possibly can, Neil is committed in keeping Gaelic alive.
With the help of Foras na Gaeilge we have translated over 20,000 lines. “There are so many dialects that are being swallowed up by the Internet, by offering Pora Ora in Gaelic, the next generation are being given the opportunity to use their language. We really do need to safeguard it’s future.”Neil Gallagher
