In order to purchase a Membership from our site, you will be asked to confirm your acceptance of these terms when entering your payment information. If you refuse to accept these terms and conditions, you will not be able to purchase a Membership from us.
By purchasing a Membership through our site, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.
We reserve the right to cancel Membership accounts which have not been purchased by the bank account holder.

The contract between us will only be formed when we send you an email confirming receipt of the payment.
We currently offer one month, six month and twelve month Memberships.
We determine the price of Memberships and reserve the right to change them from time to time. The current prices are notified to you in the Membership purchase process.
We will give you at least one month's notice by email in the event that we make any changes to the price of your Membership. This applies to recurring Memberships only.
Membership fees are inclusive of VAT or equivalent local sales tax.
Credit card providers may require you to pay additional charges for cross-border Membership transactions ("Credit Card Charges"). Credit Card Charges are your responsibility. We do not receive Credit Card Charges and are not responsible for them. Please contact your credit card provider for more information.
Memberships can currently only be purchased in US Dollars (USD)
All Membership purchases are processed by secure payment processors. Membership purchases will be displayed on your billing statement as "CKS*PORAORA.COM",
Membership fees for countries outside of the US will be converted to the currency where the customer is based at the time of online purchase by the customer's financial institution or credit provider.
We will continue to expand the range of payment methods and currencies available in the future.
We reserve the right to cancel a paid up membership without a refund upon breach of the site Terms and Conditions.
You have the right to cancel your Membership up to seven (7) days after you first sign up and you will receive a full refund of any fees paid within thirty (30) working days. However, if you access the service within that seven (7) day period, your Membership fees are non-refundable.
On cancellation of your one month recurring or six month recurring Membership any time after the first seven (7) days of your Membership, we will cease taking direct debit payments from your account. You will remain a member until the last day of the period which you have paid for and you will not receive a refund of your payment for that period.
All prices shown on the website are in U.S. dollars. As exchange rates change daily, we are not responsible for any loss incurred as a result of currency fluctuation. Please also note that your credit card processor may charge you a conversion rate fee.
All in-game Membership benefits will be stored and reinstated upon Membership renewal.
Membership packages can only be changed through cancellation or repurchase. Membership packages may not be changed through transferral or renewal.
All one month recurring and six month recurring Membership packages automatically renew to ensure uninterrupted service unless you cancel your one month recurring or six month recurring Membership package as described above.
Twelve month Membership packages will not automatically renew and will expire at the end of the twelve month period.
We will notify you when your twelve month Membership is due to expire and offer you the opportunity to renew.
All in-game Membership benefits will be lost if Membership is allowed to expire.
All in-game Membership benefits will be stored and reinstated upon Membership renewal.
If you renew your twelve month Membership prior to it expiring, the additional entitlement purchased will commence from the point at which the current Membership expires.
We use secure, PCI DSS compliant third party payment providers and we do not store any credit card or bank account information.
All credit card and bank account data transferred between Poraora.com and our payment providers is encrypted prior to transmission in accordance with industry secure payment standards.
If either of us fails to comply with these Terms and Conditions, neither of us shall be responsible for any losses that the other suffers as a result, except for those losses which we or you could reasonably foresee would result from the failure to comply with these Terms and Conditions at the time we entered into this contract with one another. We do not exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or any other liability that English law does not allow us to exclude or limit.
You accept that communication with us will be mainly electronic. We will contact you by email or provide you with information by making it available on poraora.com. You agree to this electronic means of communication.
No representation or warranty is made as to whether poraora.com complies with the regulatory regime and local laws of any other countries apart from the UK. These terms of use and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of England and Wales and both parties irrevocably submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts in respect of any such dispute or claim.
However, we retain the right to bring proceedings against you for breach of these conditions in your country of residence or any other relevant country.
If any court or competent authority decides that any of the provisions of these Terms and Conditions are invalid, unlawful or unenforceable to any extent, the term will, to that extent only, be severed from the remaining terms, which will continue to be valid to the fullest extent permitted by law.
A person who is not party to these Terms and Conditions shall not have any rights under or in connection with them under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999.
